Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes what you may not do with AI Box (the “Service”). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this AUP.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice. We may also cooperate with law enforcement and report serious abuse to the relevant authorities.

1. Illegal content & conduct

You may not use the Service to create, distribute, or facilitate:

• any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the United States;
• child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized depiction of minors — this is a zero-tolerance category and we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement;
• terrorist or violent-extremist content, instructions for making weapons, or content that incites real-world violence;
• controlled-substance trafficking, fraud schemes, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.

2. Impersonation, deepfakes & voice cloning

You may not use the Service to:

• generate audio, video, or images of a real person (public figure or private individual) without their explicit, documented consent;
• impersonate any real person, brand, government, or organization in a way that could deceive viewers;
• create non-consensual intimate imagery (“deepfake porn”), regardless of the subject's public status;
• clone a voice that is not your own or that you do not have written permission to use;
• produce content intended to fraudulently influence elections, manipulate financial markets, or evade identity verification systems.

Personal Clones (digital twins) created on the Service must be of yourself or a person who has given you explicit, documented permission. We may require proof of consent at any time.

3. Harassment, hate & harm

You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• targets a person or group with hate speech, threats, harassment, or doxxing;
• promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders;
• incites discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

4. Misinformation & manipulation

You may not use the Service to:

• create deceptive content that a reasonable viewer could mistake for a genuine news report, official statement, or eyewitness footage of a real event;
• fabricate quotes, endorsements, or statements attributed to real people or organizations;
• generate content that misrepresents medical, legal, or financial advice as coming from a credentialed source.

5. Intellectual property

You may not use the Service to:

• infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other IP rights you do not hold;
• circumvent paywalls, DRM, or other technical protection measures;
• upload or generate content based on inputs you do not have the right to use.

6. Platform abuse & security

You may not:

• reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its underlying models;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, credit metering, tier gates, or content filters;
• use credentials that are not yours, or share your account with others outside your team;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent;
• introduce malware, run automated workloads that strain the Service, or interfere with other users.

7. Spam, scams & phishing

You may not use the Service or its publishing integrations (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) to:

• send unsolicited bulk messages, comment spam, or fake-engagement campaigns;
• operate phishing, romance, or investment scams;
• promote get-rich-quick schemes, MLM recruiting, or pyramid sales;
• artificially inflate views, followers, or engagement on connected platforms.

Publishing through the Service is also subject to each destination platform's own community guidelines and terms of service.

8. Sensitive professional categories

Content generated by the Service must not be presented as the work of a licensed professional in regulated fields (medicine, law, pharmacy, financial planning) unless you are such a professional and clearly identify both the AI generation and your credentials.

9. Reporting abuse

If you encounter content created with AI Box that violates this AUP — especially CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or threats — please report it immediately to keny.ents@gmail.com with the URL or video file and any context. We investigate every report.

10. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion, remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP. For severe or repeated violations we may ban the operator and, where required by law, report to the authorities. Suspension or termination under this AUP does not entitle you to a refund.
