Terms of Service

Effective June 8, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AI Box (the “Service”), operated by Kenny Rigo (“AI Box”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in some jurisdictions) to create an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to sign in to the Service and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us at keny.ents@gmail.com as soon as you become aware of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, credits & billing

  • Plans. The Service is offered on a tiered subscription basis (Free, Pro, Studio) plus optional pay-as-you-go credit packs. Each render or generation consumes a number of credits based on the model used; the exact cost is shown before you confirm a render.
  • Billing. Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual cadence until you cancel. Charges are processed by Stripe. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method on each renewal.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
  • Refunds. Subscription fees and unused credits are non-refundable except where required by law. If a render fails due to our error, the credits charged for that render will be refunded automatically to your balance.
  • Price changes. We may change plan prices and credit weights. We will give you at least 14 days' notice before any price change takes effect on your account.

4. Content you provide

You retain ownership of the prompts, scripts, photos, voices, brand assets, and other inputs you upload to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant AI Box a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service for you (including sending it to the AI model providers listed in our Privacy Policy).

You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload Your Content, that it does not infringe any third party's rights, and that it complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Content the Service generates

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the underlying model providers' terms, you own the videos, images, audio, and other outputs the Service generates for you (“Generated Output”) and may use them for personal or commercial purposes.

Generated Output is produced by third-party AI models that may occasionally produce inaccurate, offensive, or unintended results. AI Box does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, originality, or non-infringement of any Generated Output. You are responsible for reviewing it before publishing or otherwise using it.

You acknowledge that similar outputs may be generated for other users from similar prompts; AI Box cannot grant you exclusive rights to a given output.

6. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party social account (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), you authorize AI Box to publish content to that account on your behalf in accordance with the schedules, autopilot programs, or one-off publish actions you create. You remain bound by the host platform's terms of service for everything you publish.

7. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of unused credits.

8. Service availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, remove, or change features at any time. If we deprecate a model or feature in a way that materially affects your subscription, we will give you reasonable notice.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account.

10. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. AI BOX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI BOX AND ITS OPERATORS, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Box from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Generated Output, or your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
